We’re growing—and now we’re looking for a Senior Cargo Broker to help take our commercial charter activity to the next level.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Cargo Broker, you’ll play a key role in developing charter opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and representing Airmacs with professionalism, confidence, and a healthy dose of individuality. This is a senior role suited to someone who knows the intricacies of aircraft chartering inside out, can negotiate under pressure, and has a track record of delivering for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, develop and convert air cargo charter opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
• Oversee the full charter process from enquiry to execution, ensuring exceptional service throughout
• Monitor market trends, aircraft availability, and pricing to ensure competitive and creative solutions
• Work closely with the wider team to support commercial strategies and brand growth
• Represent the Airmacs brand at industry events and client meetings—both in person and virtually

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in air cargo aircraft chartering
• Strong network of clients, operators, and industry contacts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and time-sensitive requirements
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working independently with remote/flexible arrangements
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
